Before founding Industry 219, Curtis practiced corporate and securities law with leading firms, advising emerging and technology companies, venture capital funds, and private equity groups.  He then worked part-time in house with several clients where he led their management restructuring for growth and eventual sale to private equity buyers. 

Todd Allen

Todd is a finance executive with broad experience supporting organizations across a range of industries. He specializes in building and strengthening finance functions, improving FP&A and reporting, and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership teams. With a background in public accounting and senior finance roles, Todd brings a practical, results-driven approach to financial strategy, operational improvement, and business decision-making.

Amy Jolly

Principal

Amy is an analytical financial professional with over 30 years of experience supporting organizations through complex financial transitions and growth. She specializes in strengthening finance functions, increasing productivity, and implementing efficient processes that drive revenue growth while decreasing costs. With a background that includes 16 years in business advisory and technology at a mid-sized CPA firm, and over 10 years as a finance director, Amy brings deep expertise across diverse sectors, including SaaS, medical, real estate, non-profit, retail and construction. An Advanced QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, she is highly skilled in creating financial SOPs, managing cash flow, and delivering high-level FP&A reporting and modeling to leadership teams.

Akansha is an accounting professional with over a decade of experience managing domestic and international financial operations.
